Pricing

It’s modular. You pay for the modules you switch on.

Start with two. A module you didn’t buy simply isn’t there, so there is no greyed-out upsell. We share real numbers on a call rather than a list price, because we are pre-launch and would rather quote your actual seat count than a placeholder.

Always included: the core

  • Approvals from email with one-time links
  • Roles and permissions
  • A tamper-proof audit trail
  • Confidentiality controls for sensitive records
  • Your region: currency, language and local rules
  • Import wizard with undo
  • Single sign-on with Entra ID, Okta or Google
  • Notifications that reach people where they work

Then choose your modules

  • Intake
  • eRFx
  • Auctions
  • Suppliers onboarding
  • Catalogue
  • PR to PO
  • Contracts

Design partner's seat

Free 60 to 90 day pilot

  • Preferential launch price, locked
  • Roadmap input: your pains shape what we build next
  • A founder channel, not a ticket queue
  • Your own category run through the RFx spine

How it's priced

Three things decide the number

Modules switched on

Each module is priced on its own, so two cost less than nine. Add another when you are ready.

Buyer seats

Buyers, approvers and evaluators are seats. Suppliers are never charged and need no training: they answer from a link.

Where it runs

In-region cloud by default. Single-tenant or on-premises options for regulated buyers are quoted separately.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why no list price on the page?

We are pre-launch and pricing is still being set with design partners. Publishing a placeholder would be worse than none. Ask on a call and you will get a real number for your team and the modules you need, in writing, within a day.

Can I really start with two modules?

Yes. Every module stands alone on the shared core. The most common pairs are eRFx with Contracts, and Suppliers onboarding with eRFx. A module you did not buy is not greyed out; it is simply not there.

Do suppliers pay anything?

No. Suppliers are never charged and need no training. Charging suppliers lowers response rates, which defeats the point of running a fair event, so the cost sits with the buying team that gets the value. Suppliers should find it easier to answer you than to answer anyone else.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve one yet. Start with the 10-minute demo on sample data, run through your own category. Design partners then get a free 60 to 90 day pilot on their real work, with a founder alongside, before any commitment.

What does the design-partner offer include?

A free pilot, a preferential launch price locked for when you go live, direct input into the roadmap, and a founder channel for questions. In return we ask for honest feedback and a reference call once you are happy.

Next step

See it live in 10 minutes.

Pick your region and the two modules that hurt most. We run your own category through the RFx spine on sample data. No access, no commitment, no build decision required.
