Questions about Category and Procurement Managers

Is the RFx wizard live or a demo?

Building and publishing an RFx is live today, including quantitative sheets such as a rate card held as structured data rather than attachments. The evaluator workspace, the event mailbox and the live event view are shown on sample data. We say which is which in every demo.

Can evaluators see each other's scores?

Not until they submit their own. Each evaluator scores only their part of one shared model. Then the chair sees where people disagree and settles it on the record. Every individual score is kept and attributed, so a losing bidder or an auditor gets a defensible answer.

Do I have to start every RFx from a blank page?

Today you start from blank or copy a previous event. Category starter kits, with suggested questions and sheets for common categories, are on the roadmap. They are suggestions you edit, never locked templates, so your team's judgement stays in charge of every event.

How do I stop suppliers seeing who else was invited?

Supplier blindness is built in and enforced by the product, not left to memory. Each supplier is invited on their own and never sees who else was invited, or how many. Clarifications go to everyone without naming who asked. You'll see it in the 10-minute demo.
