Confidential specs never leave before the NDA is in place

Specs go out before the NDA is signed

A buyer attaches the drawing to the RFQ email. Whether the supplier has an NDA is nobody's job to check, so nobody checks.

Suppliers find out who else is bidding

A CC instead of a BCC, a forwarded chain, a shared file name. In a regulated tender that is a fairness problem and a legal one.

Approvals happen in corridors

The award is agreed on WhatsApp, then papered later. At audit time there is no evidence of who decided what, or when.

Compliance documents expire unnoticed

ISO certificates, insurance and licences sit in a folder. Nobody sees the expiry until a rejection or an audit finding.

Monday: the NDA check at supplier selection

Choosing a supplier shows whether an NDA is in place and what they will receive. Your NDA policy is a company rule the product applies, not a buyer's memory.

Tuesday: access status the whole team can see

Who is cleared for what is visible to the whole team, and every document's sensitivity is set before anything is sent, so nothing confidential slips out by accident.

Wednesday: sealed evaluation, on the record

Prices stay sealed until the technical sign-off. Supplier names can be hidden from evaluators. Every score is kept and attributed. The consensus, including the disagreements, is defensible to the losing bidder.

Thursday: the log nobody can edit

Watermarked downloads, expiring share links and every view logged. The audit log is append-only: not even an admin can edit or delete an entry.

Is the NDA gate live?

The core confidentiality rules are live: supplier blindness, restricted records, watermarked downloads and expiring links. NDA status shows when you choose suppliers, and confidential documents are held until the NDA is in place. A supplier accepting the NDA themselves so the full pack releases automatically is on the roadmap.

Can technical evaluators see prices?

Not until the technical sign-off, if you set the event that way. Quality and price are scored separately, on a balance you choose per event, and supplier names can be hidden from evaluators. That removes the pull a low price has on a quality score, and gives you a record that shows it.

Where is our data held, and who can see it?

Your data is hosted in one region: India, the EU, the US or South Korea, with backups kept in-region. Need-to-know records are hidden even from admins, and emergency access requires a logged reason. Single-tenant and on-premises options exist for regulated buyers. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are targets we work towards, not certifications we hold.

What happens to the RFx promises after the award?

In the design, the award and the supplier's committed answers travel to the contract as obligations, so SLAs, price holds and warranties are tracked rather than lost at signature. The contracts module is shown on sample data today. We do not claim a full contract lifecycle product.
