Can I approve without logging in to a portal?

Yes, and this is live today. The approval email carries the summary and the recommendation. You approve or reject with a comment from your phone, using a one-time link that works once and expires in 72 hours. There is no portal login. Replies to the email land back on the event, not in one person's inbox.

How do I see where a sourcing event stands?

Each event has one live view of where it stands, who has finished evaluating and what is waiting on whom, with reminders sent and slippage flagged for you. That view is shown on sample data today. The dashboard, approvals and audit log are live. You'll see both in the 10-minute demo.

Will this replace SAP Ariba or Coupa?

Not necessarily. Most teams keep them. iProcure is designed to sit alongside them and import from them. It covers the everyday RFx and evaluation work, and the approvals from email, that those suites make heavy. Importing your data and single sign-on are live today; connectors to those suites are on the roadmap.
